InterContinental London Park Lane has teamed-up with Harvey Nichols and Kathryn Sargent to offer signature suite guests access to Style Service, an exclusive in-room fashion solution at the ring of a bell. A specially-dedicated number in each of the hotel’s four halo suites connects directly a Harvey Nichols brand agnostic fashion professional from who will edit through the store collections to find the perfect style result. Kathryn Sargent, Saville Row’s first female tailor, is also available for personal in-room consultation and top fashion tips.

Once the Harvey Nichols expert has determined exactly what guests are looking for, one of the team will bring a selection of pieces to the suite. Whether heading to the theatre, a critical meeting, a last minute date, or even in need of a complete wardrobe to take home, the Harvey Nichols Style Concierge and expert team of Stylists have it covered.

Oscar Fernandez, Head Concierge at InterContinental London Park Lane says ‘many of our guests travel a great deal and might be on a multi-destination trip with several planned events, as well as those that pop-up last minute. The Style Service can dress for the day of an event or we can arrange shipping to the next location. There are also times when guests just don’t have time to go shopping and this service.*

Kathryn Sargent

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Kathryn Sargent, the first female tailor on London’s iconic Savile Row, to create a series of style tips for some of the most highly regarded cultural and sporting events in Europe. The tips are for events including Polo de Paris, Wimbledon, Royal Ascot, Henley Regatta and the Chelsea Flower Show and reflect Kathryn’s signature design of traditional craftsmanship with modern touches to show contemporary twists on tailoring classics.

As part of the programme, Kathryn will also offer a personal in-room consultation* to InterContinental London Park Lane guests who book and pay for one of the hotel’s four signature suites.

The work with Kathryn Sargent is a continuation of the InterContinental London Park Lane's Style Service, which launched in December 2016 with a partnership with Harvey Nichols offering hotel guests a direct line to personal stylists within the renowned retailer.

During the hour long style consultation Kathryn will ask a series of questions to fully understand the guest’s tastes and requirements. Kathryn and her team will then offer advice and ideas for what pieces would best add to their collection based on lifestyle and personal preferences.
