Curating a selection of his favourite summer dishes, Theo has created a menu that allows guests to indulge in the fineries of his Italian cooking whilst embracing the English summer in one of the nearby parks, all accompanied by fine bubbles from Villa Sandi.
The exceptional prosecco picnic experience offers guests the choice of 10 dishes including prosciutto di Parma with Charentais melon, and grilled and marinated aubergines, zucchini, fennel and red peppers. Other dishes to enjoy include thinly sliced Aberdeen Angus beef fillet with rocket, aged balsamic vinegar, parmesan and pine nuts, finishing with his infamous sumptuous Amalfi lemon tart or the soft chocolate cake with crema di mascarpone.
Adding a further touch of luxury, each hamper will be accompanied by a bottle of Villa Sandi Prosecco or Sparkling Rosé between two, giving guests the chance to toast the British summer.
The Piccolo Picnics menu was created especially for families, offering smaller dishes at £15 per child.
