Designed for sharing, start with a comforting choice of sorba and savoury mezzes, ranging from Teta’s Pink Turnip Pickles, Laverbread Falafel, served with sumac-lime fennel and lemon tahini to Nabulsi Cheese with honey, preserved lemon and wild oregano.
The sharing style feast continues with a range of mains, including Makmoura, a spiced confit chicken, crisp kunafa pastry, strained yoghurt, pomegranate and Aleppo chilli and Crispy Cauliflower, which is served with a preserved lime glaze, cannellini musabaha, mint shatta and roasted grapes.
Ensure room for dessert and enjoy classic sweets from Chocolate, Mahleb and Raspberry, which will incorporate a ruby chocolate crémeux, raspberry gel, milk crumb and pink mahleb tuile and Frozen yoghurt, figs, honey and Baklava.
