Is Spa InterContinental open to all?

We are open to all guests. Please contact us on (020) 7318 8691 or info@spa-connect.co.uk for reservations.

What is the minimum age to use the spa facilities and treatments?

The minimum age for access to the spa is 16.

How shall I pay for my treatment?

You can pay by debit or credit card. All payments are made securely through Stripe.

What is your cancellation policy?

Flexible bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your arrival date. Advance purchase bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings made with special offers may vary.

How can I cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us on (020) 7318 8691 or lonhb.spa@ihg.com.

Do you have lockers to secure my belongings?

Lockers are available within our facility, however we recommend that you leave any valuables at home.

Is the spa accessible?

The spa is wheelchair accessible.

Am I able to turn up at the spa without having made a booking?

We strongly recommend guests to make reservations in advance to fully enjoy the experience, yet we shall always try our best to accommodate you depending on our availability.

How do I make a purchase?

Click on [Book Now] button and select your preferred treatments, followed by your preferred treatment time. Once ready, fill in your booking information. Once you have submitted the reservation request, we will process it within 24 hours.

What should I do if I have had a past medical condition or something I am worried about?

If you have had a past ailment or anything that you are concerned about currently, we would recommend that you consult with a doctor, and always check with the consultant.

What conditions would restrict a treatment?

If you have any recent wound, skin allergies, or potential pregnancy we would recommend that you tell your therapist as they may have to review your condition and adapt the treatment.

What time should I arrive at the Spa?

In order to fully unwind and enjoy the spa journey, we would recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment time.

Do your professionals have insurance?

Yes, we ensure that all the therapists we work with are fully insured.

Can I request the same therapist?

You can choose your preferred therapists and request them for your next booking. If they are not available at the time you require we will notify you and ask whether you would prefer to use another therapist or wait for your preferred therapist’s next available time slot.

Can I tip the therapist?

Tipping is at your discretion. It is possible to add a tip to your contactless payment, and you are welcome to tip your therapist in cash.
